DJ K-Style

and E-Divine have been together since the beginning. Growing up best friends, you hardly ever saw one without the other. “Bro E and myself have gained a great learning experience as we evolved our skills and talents as hip hop has evolved. Our record deals, shows and recording experience, I believe will prove invaluable to our success in the future” said DJ K-Style.
K-Style started DJ’in in 84 and quickly became known around Richmond for his tricks and fast hands. In the late 80s and early 90s he began DJ’in professionally and doing everything from College parties to local shows. For every MC Battle his partner E-Divine was in, there was a corresponding DJ battle for K-Style. “One thing I admire about K is that even way back in the day when these cats were coming up with the state of the art equipment that we couldn’t afford yet, he would still battle with our raggedy stuff. We would put a dime on the needle a make it happen” States E-Divine .
In 1996 DJ K-Style started K-Style Productions and through hard work became one of the hottest DJ for hire companies in the Bay Area. He has DJ’ed at some of the Bay’s top clubs like the Turf Club, Club Escalon, Jefferies, Club Passand, Essence, Simone’s, Intrigue and Zazoos. He currently has one of the largest mix tape distributions in Northern Cali. DJ K-Style has also done various radio mix shows such as KJLH in Los Angeles.
